Rad Sacks

Workers at the Rad Sacks factory in Antep, who did not accept the 5400 TL wage announced by the boss, started a wildcat strike by stopping production at night on 11 February 2022 demanding a wage of 6200 TL. At shift change time, workers inside and workers waiting outside met. The strike was ended on 12 February with the acceptance of a monthly wage of 5500 TL and an attendance bonus of 400 TL. The Rad Sacks strike was part of a wave of strikes in Antep in 2022, mainly in the "Weaving, garment and leather" sector.
