Construction workers at the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant construction site in Gülnar district of Mersin went on a wildcat strike on 2 March 2022 against underpayment of wages, poor working conditions and pressure from bosses and managers. There is no information in the press and social media channels about how long the strike lasted and how it ended.
