At the Ünal Synthetic Factory in Antep, where the Öz İplik-İş union is authorized, workers started a wildcat strike on February 22, 2023, after rejecting a 58% wage increase announced following negotiations between the union and the employer. The strike ended the same day after the employer promised to improve wages following the negotiations.
