In Şenoba Textile, located in Çorlu district of Tekirdağ, workers stopped production on 9 February 2022 and started a wildcat strike after the boss announced that the wage increase for 2022 would be determined three months later. The workers, whose wages were below the minimum wage, did not go home after the night shift and did not start working together with the workers who came to work in the morning shift. The strike was ended on the same day when the boss announced that the increases would be valid for that month.
