Polibak

Following a 27% wage increase at Polibak, a packaging factory located in İzmir Atatürk Organised Industrial Zone in Çiğli, İzmir, 80 workers in the packaging department stopped production at 08.00 on 1 February 2022 and started a wildcat strike demanding an additional wage increase. After negotiations with the company management, the workers ended the strike by giving a one-week deadline.
