Kocaeli University Hospital (October 2025)

Workers who are members of Sağlık-İş (Health Workers' Union) and employed at Kocaeli University Hospital refused to accept the payment of their retroactive claims arising from the collective agreement in four installments and staged wildcat strikes on October 1, 2025, and October 6, 2025. Following the strike, the Ministry of Finance announced that it had been contacted and that the process for making the payments would be accelerated.
