About 70 workers of Haskan İplik, a company of Haskan Group of Companies operating in Antep OSB, started a wildcat strike on 4 March 2022 due to the lack of wage increase. While the workers stated that they will continue to wait in front of the factory until they receive their rights, there is no information about how the strike ended in the press and social media channels. The Haskan Yarn strike is part of the wave of strikes that took place in Antep in 2022, mainly in the ‘Weaving, garment and leather’ labour sector.
