Workers who are members of Birleşik Metal-İş at the Aryıldız metalware factory in Çorlu district of Tekirdağ held one-hour partial strikes on 2 February 2022 and 3 February 2022, demanding an increase in their wages and recognition of their union rights, after the boss objected to the union's authorisation. There is no clear information in the press and social media channels about how many days the partial strikes continued. However, it is understood that despite the unionists saying that it is necessary to wait for the legal process, the workers decided to stop work for one hour every day and the factory manager threatened to fire them, but the boss was forced to sit at the collective bargaining table again and sign the contract after the partial strikes continued, so the partial strike actions resulted in a victory.
