Workers at Simfer Sersim in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone started a wildcat strike on February 20, 2025 against low wage increases, demanding a minimum wage of 35,000-TL and bonuses twice a year equal to at least one month's wage. There is no information in the press and social media about how and when the strike ended.
