Oyakkent Siluet Construction Site

On February 5, 2025, construction workers working under the subcontractor company Ekinoks Mekanik at the construction site of Oyakkent Siluet project, built by Oyak İnşaat in Başakşehir district of Istanbul, staged a wildcat strike on the grounds of discrimination in wage increases. The strike ended when it was announced that the wage increase rate would be updated.
