Izmir Metropolitan Municipality (December 2025)

Municipal workers employed by the companies İZELMAN, İZENERJİ, İZFAŞ, EGEŞEHİR, and İZTEK, which are subsidiaries of the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, held a half-day wildcat strike on December 8, 2025, over unpaid additional payments.
