HepsiJET Warehouses

22 couriers working at the HepsiJET warehouse in Maltepe started an wildcat strike on December 7, 2025, demanding the removal of the mandatory Sunday work requirement and improvements in wages and working conditions. Following the strike, 22 workers were dismissed. Subsequently, couriers working at Hepsijet's warehouses in Maltepe, Küçükyalı, İçerenköy, Atalar in Istanbul, and Konak and Bornova Pınarbaşı in Izmir also went on strike on December 9, demanding the removal of the Sunday work requirement and the reinstatement of their dismissed colleagues.

After negotiations, the strike ended on December 9 with the reinstatement of all dismissed Hepsijet employees, the granting of Sunday off as of February 15, the implementation of regulations regarding managers, and the improvement of working conditions.
