Boyar Kimya workers in Antep rejected the boss's wage hike for 2025 and started a wildcat strike on February 12, 2025, demanding a monthly wage of 32,000-TL and 10 daily holiday bonuses. After the strikes spread to many factories in Antep and workers decided to organize a joint action, the governor's office issued a ban on February 13. After the ban, strikes continued in some workplaces. However, there is no information in the press and social media channels about when and how the strike at Boyar Kimya ended.
