BİM Warehouses

On January 29, 2026, workers at BİM warehouses in various cities started a wildcat strike demanding a 50% raise, taxes be paid by the employer and that promotional rights be paid in full, in response to a 28% raise imposed by management. The strikes began on January 29 at warehouses in Diyarbakır and Van, and on January 30 at warehouses in Istanbul, Erzurum, and Iğdır. There is no information in the press or social media channels about how and when the strike ended.
